Just a quick update on the week ahead. Ladies, don’t forget the new Women’s Bible study on the “Miracles of Jesus” that begins this Wednesday at 10 am in the lower level of the MAC. Also, this Wednesday begins our Spring cycle for Wednesday night dinner and programs. Just come and join in. Dinner begins in the MAC at 5 pm - fellowship, soup, salad, and dessert. It’s free but there is a basket out to receive donations to help us defray the costs of the meal. Jennifer and Erin will be with the youth (Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers) at “The Gathering” beginning at 6 pm in the lower level of the MAC. Shannon and friends will be in the Fundamentals Room for the Children beginning at 6 pm. Donna will be in the Nursery. And Pastor mark will begin a five week study on the Gospel of Mark. Bring a Bible and come do “Mark with mark” in the Fidelis Classroom - lower level of the MAC - from 6 to 6:45 pm. And if you are involved as a volunteer with the February “Night to Shine” Tim Tebow Foundation event we are hosting - please read the details of the training event planned for this Thursday night at 6 pm in our Sanctuary - some of those details have recently changed.
God’s Warmth, pastor mark

Branan Lodge Ministry Opportunities:
In worship on Sunday you heard two excellent opportunities to make a difference to people living at Branan Lodge (a United Methodist Wesley Woods facility for quality senior living.) If you wish to shuttle the meals prepared by Union General Hospital to the people who receive them at Branan Lodge, one day a week, please contact Lloyd Dunham Lloydlee474@yahoo.com If you would like to occasionally help meet the need of a resident who cannot get outside, contact Georgia Jestings gajestings@yahoo.com

A Night To Shine Training Event: PLEASE READ - THERE ARE CHANGES
We are now asking EVERYONE who is volunteering for the February 9 Tim Tebow Event to come to one of our two scheduled training courses. If you cannot come to either, please contact Joe or Kim Tatman 2jtatman@gmail.com Not only will we briefly cover the applicable parts of Safe Sanctuary training for this event - we will also now cover training required by the Tim Tebow Foundation. So even if you have done safe Sanctuary training with Pastor Mark, YOU STILL NEED TO COME TO THIS. Come either to the Thursday night event (this Thursday, January 11) at 6 pm in the Sanctuary or come to the Sunday afternoon January 21 at 4 pm event in the Sanctuary. We will have everything you need at both places. Please choose one or the other.

Young At Heart “Super Bowl” Bunko Fellowship!
