It Has Begun

It’s just the first week of August and already things are ramping up for the fall. School started today, and our fall session of ministry at First Methodist has begun as well. Yesterday, Table of Grace served the community and the Men’s Bible Study gathered. It won’t be long before other Bible studies, OASIS, Wednesday night, and so many other things will be in full swing.

With so many coming and going on campus, be on the lookout for others. Be on the lookout for God. As we will hear this Sunday, Christ comes to us again and again. And we often find him in others. See you Sunday,
Pastor Don

The media recounts stories of natural disasters, violence, and conflict. In the midst of all this heartbreak, we can’t lose sight of the fact that God has given us good news. We call it the gospel. In this six-week study of the Book of Romans, we will be highlighting the good news about faith, grace, daily life, God’s plan, relationships, and eternity. Whatever bad news we may receive, in Romans we will find good news to encourage and transform us. Mark your calendar!
