Good morning church,
Don’t forget tonight is our Drive Thru BBQ starting at 5 pm. Ro and The Robinettes will be serving from the MAC portico beginning at 5 pm, no need to get out of your car - just drive thru. Donations will be accepted. You can get it to go or join us on the hill for a picnic leading up to Overflow beginning at 6 pm. If you join us for Overflow, bring a chair or blanket and practice social distancing. Unless you have special needs, you are encouraged to park in the large lot below the playground and use the sidewalk going up the hill.  Communion will be served. It’s going to be a great night!
This Sunday we continue our series Faith, Film, and Philippians. Join us as we remember what matters. Our text this week comes from Philippians 3 and our film is Hurt by Johnny Cash. You can preview the video here:
Next Wednesday, October 21, weather permitting, we will have churchwide S’mores around the bonfire starting at 6 pm on the hill.
Peace.
Don
We are now collecting 5 oz cans of tuna for the food bank. You may drop off underneath the MAC portico.
Circle of Love is selling these

PRAYER QUILT MINISTRY
We prayerfully and urgently ask you to stop and take a few minutes to offer prayers for the name(s) listed below. Prayers are powerful no matter how offered! Knots on the quilts still will be tied by friends and family on the other end of the journey and will give the recipient further support and thankfulness.
This week’s requests:
Oliver Coombs – 9 year old boy with bone cancer, having a leg amputated on the 24th. Family friend of Tammy Fowler.
Hunter Payne - high school junior, car accident. Prayers for healing.
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
For any questions or information or requests, please call Margaret Frizzell 706-745-3197.
