Grace to you all through Jesus Christ!
Don’t miss the note below on our new worship schedule starting this Sunday. Planned Sunday morning worship times are 8:30, 9:30, and 11:15 through the end of the year. The schedule assumes we will have persons to help clean the sanctuary between services.
Our Advent worship series begins this Sunday, November 22. As a resource for this series, we will be using Incarnation: Rediscovering the Significance of Christmas by Adam Hamilton. Get your copy online and join us for Bible study on Wednesdays and/or follow along on Sundays. Our tentative scriptures and definitive themes are:
November 22 - Isaiah 9.2b-7 - Jesus is King
November 29 - Matthew 1.18-23 - Jesus is Emmanuel
December 6 - Luke 2.8-14 - Jesus is Savior
December 13 - Worship through Music
December 20 - John 1.1-18 - Jesus is Light

The annual Christmas card table WILL be out this year. We will put it up the first week of December. It will be spread out over several tables going down the administrative hallway rather than in the narthex. You may drop off cards during the week (Monday- Thursday) to avoid the crowd if you wish.
We prayerfully and urgently ask you to stop and take a few minutes to offer prayers for the name(s) listed below. Prayers are powerful no matter how offered! Knots on the quilts still will be tied by friends and family on the other end of the journey and will give the recipient further support and thankfulness.
This week’s requests:
Lynda Keener - battling cancer
Josh & Lynthia Craig - on the passing of their infant daughter Adaline
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
For any questions or information or requests, please call Margaret Frizzell 706-745-3197.
