Let’s Try This Again…
Join us for worship online or in-person this Sunday where there will be lots going on.
We will receive your Souper Bowl offering through this Sunday. All donations go to the 9th District Food Pantry in Union County. You can drop off your cans of soup, stew, and the like during the week or before worship this Sunday.
Scout Sunday is this week and we will celebrate this ministry of the church. We will have a Scout Ministry Spotlight at all services and scouts will be leading several parts of the 11 am service.
We will observe Holy Communion during worship. The liturgy will be part of worship and you will receive communion to go as you depart.  If you are worshipping online, drive-thru communion will again be available under the narthex portico on Monday from 1-2 pm.
Finally, Ash Wednesday is one week from today. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent  Ashes will not be traditionally applied but will be received in a safe, no-contact way.  Call the office or sign up on Sunday to schedule a time for you, your family or your pod.
Blessings to all.
Ash Wednesday (17th) is one week from today. Our Ash Wednesday worship will follow the model we used for Christmas Eve. You and your family or a small group of less than 10 may sign up for a time slot to come receive the ashes (in a non-contact way) by calling the church office or you can sign up on Sunday.
Don’t forget the Souper Bowl of Caring is THIS SUNDAY, 14th. Last year, First UMC donated 700 cans of soup, stew, and ravioli to feed the hungry in our community. You can bring your gift on Sunday. All donations go directly to the 9th district food pantry here in Union County. Thanks for making it Souper!
Night to Shine is this Friday !
We’ve had many people volunteer to help us with set-up and delivery of our goodie baskets to our Prom King and Queens.
Thank you for your wonderful support!
