Tuesdays & Thursdays led by Dan D’Agostino. Class includes weight training, cardio exercise, and muscle toning and meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15pm until 6:00pm in room M-0 downstairs at the MAC. Cost is $4.00 per class for non-members. Bring a mat and some hand weights.
All men are invited to the Men’s Breakfast Saturday morning! Regular meetings are the third Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Just come join us for a great breakfast, good fellowship, and fun.
