Welcome from Pastor Mark Burgess
I bring a passion for leading the church to reach out to people who do not yet know a loving relationship with God. God’s ministry through us has been vibrant and joy filled where-ever we have been. If you need to be reminded how much God really loves you, if you are weighted down from the burdens and wounds of life, or if you just need to hear a hope filled message of Divine grace, come check us out one Sunday at 8:30 am in the main Sanctuary (our casual service), 9:45 am in the MAC (our contemporary service) or 11:00 am in the main Sanctuary (our traditional service.) I will be there ready to greet you along with many other friendly faces - but most importantly - God will be there too! Jesus said, “Come and see!”
New to First Methodist? This page will give you all of the important info. Please let us know if you need anything else.
Worship is our chance to forget ourselves and come together to minister to others in worship and praise to our Creator and Savior. We have three distinct worship services to help you find your place. Whichever style of worship and music helps you to feel God’s presence, we invite you to join us this Sunday as we join together to draw near to God.
Services are aired on Cable Channel 4 on a one-week delay. Broadcast times are Sundays at 9:00 am and 8:30 pm. You can also view messages here at our website.
